All Physical or Energy Healing Services: Cancellation Policies
At Soul Body Energetics, we value your well-being, energy, and time. We appreciate your mutual respect for our time and that of other clients. Therefore this is why we have created our cancelation policies; which include all cancelations, rescheduled appointments and no show appointments. We understand that unexpected delays can sometimes occur, necessitating schedule adjustments. There may be times when you are unable to attend your session. Therefore, we kindly request that you cancel your appointment if you cannot make it.
Soul Body Energetics has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within 24 hours or no-show appointments will incur a 100% appointment fee. This cancellation policy is in place to ensure that other clients have the opportunity to book appointments.

Late Policies
If you are more than 10 min late on any 30 min session, accommodation will not be available. Anything over 20 min late on an hour service, as well as anything over 50 min late on 90 min service will not be accommodated. Even if late you will be charged 100% for the time frame you were scheduled for.
